At SOL Clothing, we are proud to offer our customers international shipping all year round.
As all SOL products are custom-made, please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery to be dispatched. We aim for orders to be dispatched faster than this allocated time period but please allow the 14 days before contacting us regarding your order being dispatched. Delivery time starts once order is dispatched & tracking is sent via email.

Returns can be arranged:
- If your item is received damaged or not compliant with your standards please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your item.
- If your items are NOT damaged or faulty, but are the wrong size you may return it for a replacement or refund providing you contact us within 7 working days of receiving your item.
Returning your item:
- All items being returned for exchange/refund must be done so in an unused and original condition. Items must also be in original packaging.
- All items being returned must contain a copy of the invoice for our records (can be found via the email used to order, if not contact us and we can help supply you with the invoice number).
- All returns must be sent back tracked & signed for.
- Please contact us prior to returning your item.
- *Please note no refunds or exchanges will be dispatched until we receive and inspect your returned goods.*
Upon receiving your returned items:
- Upon receiving your returned items we will inspect the goods and you will receive email confirmation.
- Once the items have been received we will then process your exchange/refund.
- Exchanged items will require postage to be paid before we can dispatch your item.
- Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days. You will receive a full refund minus the postage charge (see invoice for breakdown of your order)
- SolClothingCo will not be held responsible or refund any customer whose order was unable to be delivered/signed for.
- SolClothingCo will not be held responsible or refund any customer whose shipping details/invoice information are incomplete or incorrect.
- If the item is returned to us as a result of being undelivered will hold the right to charge extra postage fees to resend.
